Core Eligibility Criteria – Start Your Own NexGen Wellness Studio

To establish a NexGen Wellness Studio for the retail sale of herbal and cosmetic products, applicants must demonstrate both professional readiness and regulatory compliance. The following criteria outline the essential requirements:

Foundational Requirements

  • Business Registration The entity must be legally registered as a proprietorship, partnership, or company.

  • Premises Standards A dedicated, clean, and safe retail space is required, with a minimum area of 10–15 sq. meters, duly registered and compliant with local control authority regulations.

  • Technical Expertise A qualified person with basic knowledge of herbal and cosmetic products must be present to oversee operations.

  • FSSAI Registration Mandatory if herbal products include supplements or nutraceuticals.

Mandatory Documentation

  • Proof of premises ownership or rent agreement.

  • GST registration (if turnover exceeds the prescribed threshold).

  • KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar) of the applicant or directors.

  • Site plan of the retail premises.

  • Compliance with distance norms: A minimum of 3 km between two NexGen Wellness Studios.

Operational Guidelines

  • Without NexGen’s prior permission, franchisees are strictly prohibited from selling or displaying products of other brands or companies within the studio.

  • The company reserves full rights to cancel, stop supply, or transfer the store in case of violation of rules or breach of agreement.
